About the role

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Thatch, you’ll be the driving force behind helping businesses provide their teams with great healthcare. You’ll work daily with current and potential Thatch customers, developing close relationships and acting as an expert consultative partner on all things employee health benefits. You’ll also play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction as we continue to move up-market.

You’ll thrive in overcoming challenges, unlocking new ways to succeed, and continuously pushing yourself and our business forward to improve the lives of our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to also work with an incredible team and have a meaningful impact on improving the American healthcare system.

What you'll do

  • Help enterprise companies navigate the complexities of healthcare benefits by delivering tailored solutions through an exceptional sales process
  • Relentlessly pursue excellence in your understanding of our product, our business, and the competitive landscape
  • Generate new ideas to create more pipeline, bring on more customers, and create the foundation of a repeatable sales process in the Enterprise segment
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, growth, implementation, and customer success teams to drive results
  • Have an expert understanding of your pipeline, regularly reporting on metrics and forecasts

Background we're looking for

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years in a SaaS sales role with the demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
  • Experience selling to companies over 1,000 employees and closing 6-7 figure opportunities
  • A continuous growth mindset, with a desire to work in an extremely fast-paced and results-oriented environment
  • A desire to improve our processes, provide a great experience for prospects/customers, and contribute to our goals as a company

Experience we’d be particularly excited about

  • Selling to Enterprise companies at an early-stage company
  • An understanding of healthcare and/or benefits
  • Success operating independently in a remote environment
