About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and help us accelerate bringing Thatch to market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to execute campaigns across various channels.

This fully remote role will work across many cross functional teams including but not limited to Demand Generation, Growth (Product / Content), Growth Operations & Analytics, Design, Broker Partnerships, and Sales.

What you'll do

  • Own the execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategies and campaigns to drive leads, pipeline, and revenue
  • Develop paid media strategies on SEM and paid social channels; manage end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation and planning to implementation and analysis
  • Help test into and validate new growth marketing channels including Brand, OOH, Radio, Direct Mail, Affiliates, Video, Webinars, and Events
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM software to implement, track, and analyze performance
  • Track and analyze key metrics, both qualitative and quantitative, to measure the effectiveness of growth marketing initiatives
  • Lead and influence stakeholders across the org to make customer-centered, data-informed decisions

Background we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or similar role, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate performance updates and recommendations to cross-functional partners
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience with Affiliate, Brand, and Event marketing is a strong plus

Experience we’d be particularly excited about

  • Experience working at a high-growth, early-stage startup and/or an agency
  • A track record of success driving clever and efficient growth marketing strategies

  • 30 minute Zoom meeting to meet two members of the team
  • 30 minute Zoom meeting with our founders to discuss your approach to culture and our operating principles.
